Remote - Sales Director / Country Manager - Germany & France

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build and scale dealer, distributor & reseller networks.
  • Drive B2C offline and hybrid sales channels.
  • Define go-to-market, pricing & brand positioning.
  • Set targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance dashboards.
  • Hire, train, and lead a high-performing local sales team.
  • Own key partnerships and retail relationships.
  • Lead market & competitor intelligence.
  • Feed customer insights back to HQ for product optimization.
  • Coordinate with global product, supply chain, logistics & marketing teams.

What We’re Looking for:

  • 8+ years in offline sales & channel development.
  • Strong B2C sales background.
  • 3+ years managing teams of 10+.
  • Proven success building and scaling local sales organizations.

Industry Background (Preferred):

  • Professional tools & equipment.
  • 3C electronics / smartphones / consumer electronics.

Language & Profile:

  • Fluent in English or Fluent in German.
  • Deep understanding of European local markets.
  • Strong distributor & retail network.

Legal

  • Eligible to work in Germany or France.
