We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Travel Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have an exceptional experience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Assisting travelers via phone, chat, and email to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Managing bookings and travel-related inquiries efficiently and effectively.
• Providing expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

• Fluency in one of the listed languages (B2+) and English.
• Based in Greece or willing to relocate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• EU citizenship or full market access residence card.
