This PhD position is offered at the Chair of Social and Organisational Psychology within the Department of Sociology and Social Psychology.

YOUR TASKS

Plan and conduct independent research within the chair`s research areas, such as (perceptions of) attitudes, ambivalence, and social judgments and behavior, with the aim of developing a strong academic profile
Communicate findings through publications and presentations at conferences
Contribute to ongoing research projects at the chair
Apply for individual research funding and support the preparation of collaborative applications
Contribute to teaching in the faculty’s degree programmes
Actively contribute to the research environment in the department and the Center for Social and Economic Behavior

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree in psychology, behavioral economics, or a related discipline
Strong motivation to pursue an academic career
Excellent written and oral communication skills
High level of curiosity, initiative, and independence in research-related work
Working language is English; German is optional
