Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the restaurant team to achieve performance goals.
• Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to maintain stock levels and quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Sound knowledge of food and beverage operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Understanding of local regulations and hospitality industry trends.
