We're looking for a dedicated Retail Operations Project Manager to manage and execute our pop-up and store openings, bringing Yepoda's K-Beauty experience to life for customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about retail operations, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our retail presence.

Your Tasks

• Oversee the opening and smooth running of pop-up stores and new retail locations, ensuring stock levels, tech setup, and staff training are all in place
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to guarantee seamless store execution
• Deliver a premium customer experience by ensuring exceptional in-store service and product knowledge
• Manage store setup and visual merchandising in line with Yepoda's brand standards
• Plan and execute retail-specific marketing campaigns to drive foot traffic and sales
• Collaborate with store managers and teams to ensure operational efficiency and premium customer experiences

Your Profile

• Experience in retail management, ideally in beauty or luxury retail
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating memorable in-store experiences
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with project management tools and reporting systems
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus
