You will be developing and implementing automation solutions that make business processes smoother and more efficient. This includes assessing complex business needs and breaking them down to create tailored solutions, ensuring effective prioritization and alignment with business requirements. Using cutting-edge RPA and workflow automation platform tools, you will lead the development of automation solutions to create smart, reusable workflows that actually make a difference. This includes designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust, scalable, and secure end-to-end automation solutions adhering to company development and governance standards. To find and build the best solution, you collaborate closely with multiple functions, making sure implementations work from every angle. You will also balance multiple projects and deployment schedules, and maintain clear, concise communication and documentation across multiple teams. Together with our process managers, you turn requirements into powerful solutions while keeping an eye on existing workflows. Maintain an active R&D mindset in the field of process automation. Continuously explore, evaluate, and execute PoCs for emerging automation tools to evaluate innovative approaches and incorporate them into future projects.
A complete degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a comparable technical qualification with an IT background showing that you have the right foundation. Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python, C#, VB). Experience in an RPA tool such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, is a plus, combining with direct development experience or strong interest in automation platforms such as MS Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and n8n. High standards for quality and attention to detail define how you work, ensuring our software robots run reliably and efficiently. You have a quick grasp of technical and process-related connections to keep the bigger picture in mind and anticipate the impact of changes. Fluent in English and German with excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels globally. Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and independent. Adept at prioritizing tasks, performing well under pressure, and maintaining a positive attitude toward change. Willingness to travel as needed.
