Rollout Coordinator – Mobile Network Deployment (Mobilfunk / 4G–5G) (m/f/d)

About the Role

We are looking for a Rollout Coordinator to support the deployment of mobile network infrastructure projects in Germany. The role focuses on coordinating site activities, supporting installation and construction works, and ensuring that rollout activities are executed according to project timelines, quality standards, and safety requirements.

You will work closely with Site Managers, Project Managers, engineering teams, and subcontractors to support the successful deployment and expansion of mobile network infrastructure (Mobilfunk / 4G / 5G) .

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of construction and installation activities at mobile network sites (Mobilfunkstandorte) .
• Assist in managing site readiness for installation, integration, and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate installation teams and subcontractors on site.
• Monitor site progress and support the resolution of operational issues.
• Support mobile network rollout and network expansion projects (Netzausbau) .
• Assist in coordinating resources including workforce, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards on site.
• Track site progress and provide updates to Site Managers and Project Managers.

Your Profile

• Technical background in telecommunications, electrical engineering, or construction is an advantage.
• Initial experience in telecom infrastructure, mobile network rollout, or construction projects .
• Experience in site coordination or installation supervision is beneficial.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites.
• German: Fluent or professional working proficiency
• English: Professional working proficiency
