SailPoint Developer

A global, technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced SailPoint Developer for a 12-month freelance mission, with a high likelihood of extension. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly technical IAM developer to build, customize, and enhance SailPoint solutions within a large-scale, modern environment. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and customize SailPoint components, including workflows, rules, forms, connectors, and provisioning logic.Build and maintain integrations between SailPoint (IdentityIQ or IdentityNow) and enterprise systems, cloud services, and directories.Write and optimize code in Beanshell, Java, JavaScript, and related technologies to support identity lifecycle operations.Develop automated processes for account provisioning, access reviews, certifications, and governance activities.Implement role-based access models, entitlement structures, and policy logic within SailPoint.Troubleshoot defects, debug complex issues, and ensure stable and reliable SailPoint performance.Support upgrades, patches, configuration changes, and continuous enhancement of the IAM platform.Collaborate with engineers, architects, and security teams to deliver scalable, robust identity solutions. RequirementsStrong hands-on development experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, APIs, REST/SOAP integrations, and scripting languages.Solid understanding of IAM principles: RBAC, access governance, authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle.Experience developing solutions in large, complex enterprise environments is beneficial.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical implementations clearly.
