KLEEMANN GmbH is a company belonging to the WIRTGEN GROUP, a globally active group of companies in the construction machinery industry with five main plants in Germany, local production facilities in Brazil, China, and India, and a worldwide sales and service network. Within the WIRTGEN GROUP, KLEEMANN GmbH is the specialist for mobile crushing and screening plants for natural stone processing and for the recycling of demolition materials. Around 600 employees work at the Göppingen site in Baden-Württemberg.

Role

We are looking for a Sales and Business Development Manager Used Equipment (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

Developing global concepts and strategies to significantly expand the used equipment business
Identification of additional market potential and development of processes and structures for this purpose
Market analyses, performance tracking, and identification of measures to optimize the business
Close partnership with international markets to support their daily business in the field of used machinery
Coordinate between sales, service, and production to ensure efficient order processing

Qualifications

Completed a degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in international sales or business development in the construction machinery industry, ideally also in used equipment
Strong strategic and analytical skills and a hands‑on approach
Excellent communication skills and intercultural competence
Excellent English proficiency. Knowledge of additional languages are an advantage
Willingness to travel worldwide
