Our client is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager (or Head of Business Development) to lead growth in the German market. This role is ideal for a self-starter with a proven record in winning new business, cultivating senior client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with fhe founder and the leadership team to expand the company's presence across key sectors. Your end customer is CMOs, Heads of Marketing and Marketing Directors at Fortune 500 blue-chip brands.
Proven Track Record: Success in delivering new business with midsized–large organizations, ideally within marketing or L&D industries.
Commercial Acumen: Skilled in driving revenue, managing KPIs, and closing deals in complex, matrixed organizations.
Relationship Builder: Able to engage senior decision-makers, nurture trust, and translate relationships into long-term partnerships.
Strategic Communicator: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.
