To support its expansion in Germany, our client is hiring a Sales Development Representative based in Frankfurt .
This role is key to driving new business opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation, supporting the local sales team in building a strong and sustainable pipeline.
Role and Responsibilities
As a Sales Development Representative , you will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify high-potential clients across targeted industries
- Conduct market research and prospecting (LinkedIn, databases, outbound campaigns)
- Build and manage prospect lists with clear outreach strategies
- Execute outbound campaigns (calls, emails) to generate new opportunities
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Client Engagement & Pipeline Development
- Engage prospects and nurture relationships over time
- Present the company’s value proposition tailored to each industry
- Maintain regular follow-ups and build trust with potential clients
- Handle objections and maintain motivation despite rejection
- Event & Campaign Support
- Support local marketing events and client acquisition initiatives
- Manage event registrations and follow-up communications
- Conduct reminder calls and post-event qualification
- Data & CRM Management
- Maintain and update client databases and CRM tools
- Perform database cleansing and ensure data accuracy
- Track campaign performance and contribute to pipeline growth
Profile Sought
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, lead generation, or marketing
- Experience as an SDR or in a tech/IT environment is a strong plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, or Technology preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and engaging senior stakeholders
- Resilient mindset and ability to handle rejection
- Proactive, resourceful, and results-driven
- Strong organizational and research skills
Languages:
- Fluency in Chinese and English is mandatory
Salary and Benefits
- Salary: €40,000 - €60,000 gross annually depending on experience.
- This position is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of renewal upon mutual agreement following a performance review at the end of the term.
