Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) – Cold Calling

  • Contacting relevant decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn with the goal of scheduling presentation appointments
  • Supporting the further development of the SDR playbook and sales processes
  • Executing and optimizing the sales process
  • Researching and qualifying potential new customers and business fields
  • Developing and implementing lead generation strategies / bonus systems / quantitative and qualitative tracking parameters

What you should bring with you

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative and/or Sales Account Executive or a similar role.
  • A strong entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to expand the sales area.
  • Highly developed emotional resilience and the ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor even in demanding customer interactions.
  • Experience in selling SaaS products is an advantage.
  • Experience in a startup environment is an advantage.
  • Experience in the construction industry is an advantage.
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English.
