📝 Role details As a (Senior) Sales Executive, you will:
  • Drive new business sales in the DACH region, with a strong focus on Switzerland.
  • Lead sales meetings and negotiations with a consultative approach.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
  • Represent Nomentia at customer events, conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records in Salesforce and forecast pipeline performance.

🤝 Who you’ll work with
  • Core team: DACH Midmarket Sales Team.
  • Stakeholders: Customers and internal experts across Sales, Product, and Consulting.

🎯 What success looks like In the first 6 months, you’re expected to:
  • Build a strong pipeline and close initial deals.
  • Establish trust with key prospects and internal teams.
Longer term, success will be measured by:
  • New business revenue growth.
  • Sales target achievement.
  • Quality of collaboration and customer satisfaction.

🧩 What we’re looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
  • Results-driven professional with a proactive mindset.
  • Proven experience in identifying and developing new market opportunities, combined with a strong commitment to execution and results.
  • Proven success in consultative sales and working with C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with cash management, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is a plus.
  • Solid experience in Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Native-level German and fluent English; other European languages are a plus.
