Sales Manager Aircraft interior (m/f/d)

To strengthen their market presence, we’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on personality who enjoys working internationally and is open to regular travel to join as a (Junior) Sales Manager / Key Account Manager (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen long‑term relationships with international key accounts through regular communication and on‑site visits
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential projects by reactivating existing customers and acquiring new clients within your network
  • Work closely with design and production teams, providing valuable market and customer insights
  • Support the ongoing development and execution of the sales strategy
  • Represent the company at international trade fairs and industry events (e.g. Aircraft Interiors Expo)

Your Profile

  • Degree in business, engineering or a comparable qualification, combined with solid commercial understanding
  • Strong passion for design, especially in the field of interior design
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in project‑based sales, ideally within a manufacturing environment involving design‑driven or emotionally engaging products (e.g. furniture, textiles, automotive, aviation or commercial interiors)
  • Natural talent for building relationships, with a proactive mindset and willingness to travel internationally (approx. 25%)
  • Confident and engaging personality who enjoys communicating, advising and inspiring customers
  • Fluent in English and conversational German
