Major Job Responsibilities:

• Build and develop sales and profit growth in the vertical market: Oil & Gas, Maritime, Mining within Europe.
• Responsible for sales for Ceragon Networks in Europe focusing on the Oil/Gas vertical.
• Execute on Ceragon’s comprehensive Go‑To‑Market sales strategy for the Oil/Gas vertical market to achieve booking, revenue, profit and growth targets.
• Execute sales, strategic account planning and overall relationship management for our vertical customers.
• Act as a trusted advisor to influence customer’s technology platform decisions and develop preference and loyalty for Ceragon solutions.
• Develop, manage, and report on KPI’s including sales funnel and provide accurate and timely forecasts to management.
• Use Salesforce and other company tools to provide business information in support of sales activities.
• Work with internal stakeholders to exceed customer expectations.
• Conduct sales activities including solution selling, establishing value prop, responding to tenders, and performing hands‑on demonstrations.
• Be an industry thought leader and represent Ceragon at various industry events by actively participating in associations and organizations related to the segment.
• Attend tradeshows and participate in other sales/marketing events as required.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to various locations to perform job duties.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of sales in the Oil/Gas sectors.
• Excellent communication skills required (oral, written & presentation).
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Track record of ability to close complex sales.
• Deep understanding of the utility and energy markets.
• Technical background and experience in the communications industry, with knowledge of telecom, and data networks.
• Excellent connections and contacts in one or more of our target markets.
• Recognized as highly credible in a competitive sales environment.
• Ability to work effectively at all levels and thrive under pressure.
• Successful sales leadership experience with high value/price system sales to senior management.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with C‑Level executives.
