Sales Manager – Project Logistics

WR Logistics GmbH is growing – and we're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to help drive our project logistics business forward.

We specialize in complex industrial logistics across sectors like oil & gas, energy, petrochemicals, and mining, with a strong focus on the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and the Middle East. If you’re passionate about logistics, know your way around international projects, and enjoy working across borders and cultures, let’s talk.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Developing tailored logistics solutions for complex projects
  • Leading negotiations and handling the full sales cycle
  • Identifying new business opportunities and representing us at industry events

What we're looking for:

  • Several years (at least 5 years) of sales experience in logistics, ideally in project logistics
  • Proven track-record of logistics sales and implemented projects
  • Fluent in German and English; any other language is a bonus
  • Someone who knows the project forwarding market
  • A confident communicator and negotiator who’s motivated by results
  • Readiness to travel (up to 50%)
