Sales Support Specialist (Chinese & English)

Gresgying Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code ) is a professional EV charging solution provider. We specialize in research, development, production, sales, and services of EV charging stations, energy storage systems, microgrid systems, and energy management systems.

In 2025, we established Gresgying Digital Technology Germany GmbH in Dusseldorf to support our growing European business. Our goal is to build a strong local team to provide efficient and professional support to our partners and customers across Europe.

As our European business continues to expand, we are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support our sales operations and help ensure smooth coordination between customers, the sales team, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the European sales team in daily sales activities.
  • Maintain and update customer information and sales data in CRM systems, ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing commercial documents including quotations, contracts, proforma invoices, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Coordinate order processing from confirmation to delivery, working closely with logistics, production, and finance teams.
  • Monitor order status and help resolve delivery issues such as delays or shipment discrepancies.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic support, escalating technical or complex issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Support the preparation of reports, sales documentation, and internal coordination tasks.
  • Assist in organizing customer meetings, exhibitions, and customer visits when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Trade, Engineering, Languages, or related fields.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales support, sales operations, project coordination, or customer service roles.
  • Experience working in B2B or project-based business environments is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM systems.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English (mandatory). German language skills are a plus.
  • Candidates must already have legal residence and work authorization in Germany or the EU.
