SAP AI & BTP Enablement Consultant (all genders)

Your Mission

Within our SAP AI & Data practice , you will play a key role in enabling and operationalizing SAP AI capabilities and developer frameworks across our SAP landscapes. You will help establish the foundations for using SAP Joule, Embedded AI, SAP BTP Joule Studio, and SAP CAP Agent development while ensuring structured enablement and knowledge transfer to consulting teams.

Your Daily Work

• Enable SAP AI capabilities across the landscape
  Provision and activate Embedded SAP AI services (such as ILSM and Document AI) within the target landscape. Create configuration guides, define usage guidelines, and ensure the environment is ready for productive use.
• Drive SAP Joule and Joule Studio adoption
  Support the provisioning and enablement of SAP Joule and SAP BTP Joule Studio, ensuring the environments are properly configured and documented. Activate standard skills and implement custom capabilities to enhance business scenarios.
• Establish development environments and frameworks
  Set up the SAP BTP CAP environment and define development processes aligned with the organization’s template and release strategy, including integration with tools such as Solution Manager and Cloud Transport Management.
• Create enablement and knowledge-sharing programs
  Develop comprehensive enablement documentation and configuration guides, and plan and deliver training sessions for IT consultants to ensure successful adoption of the new technologies.
• Support innovation through custom AI capabilities
  Implement custom AI-based skills and scenarios (for example, retrieving stock information for specific materials and plants) that demonstrate how SAP Joule can deliver tangible business value.

Who You Are

• You have experience working with SAP AI technologies, SAP BTP, and modern SAP development frameworks, and you are motivated to help organizations adopt innovative solutions.

• You understand SAP system landscapes and cloud environments, and you are comfortable provisioning and configuring solutions within SAP Private Cloud and SAP BTP environments.

• You bring experience with SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model) and understand development lifecycle processes, including transport management and integration with enterprise release strategies.

• You are experienced in creating technical documentation, configuration guides, and enablement materials, and you enjoy sharing knowledge with colleagues through structured training sessions.

• You have strong communication skills and can clearly explain technical concepts to consulting teams and stakeholders.

• Fluent English is required; German is considered a strong advantage for collaboration in client environments.
