Working locations: Ratingen, Heidelberg, Karlsruhe, Bielefeld, Memmingen, Stuttgart, Heilbronn or any of our German locations.

- Consulting for new and existing customers on SAP Sales & Service Cloud
- Planning and moderation of requirements workshops
- Project management: planning, coordination of resources and project controlling
- Checking new customer requests for feasibility and creating & implementing concepts
- Taking over presales activities, presentations and workshops

YOUR PASSION – WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- Completed studies in business administration, marketing, sales, business informatics or comparable training
- Experience with CRM systems, campaigns and marketing automation
- Sound process knowledge in sales and service
- Experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud / SAP Hybris / SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) / SAP CRM an advantage
- Independent and team‑oriented approach, high initiative, strong communication skills and confident appearance
- Very good German and English skills
- Willingness to travel within the scope of the projects
