Your role in the team

We are looking for an SAP Application Solutions Specialist for our consulting team. You will participate in sales activities and take on the professional and technical leadership of our docuflow and SAP projects. Your task is to solve the business challenges of our clients and to win satisfied end users by focusing on technologies such as SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and docuflow.

Location: This position is based in Europe and is aimed at someone who works from home to support our clients in the Central European Time zone.

Tasks

Contributions to Pre-Sales Support for Docuflow:

Analysis of customer needs
Configuration and execution of software demonstrations for prospects and clients
Implementation Calculation
Technical questions and answers, solution architecture, and proposal development
Support of sales colleagues as needed
Maintenance and upkeep of the Docuflow SAP demo environments

Contributions to the success of the VersaFile-Docuflow customer implementation:

Participation in project planning and management
Leading and/or participating in requirements analysis and design process workshops
Solution architecture and design
Solution Provision
Solution configuration and testing
Solution demonstrations for clients
Support in the implementation of the solution up to the production deployment
Support after the Go-Live
Technical Documentation
Support for implementation team members as needed

Proven ability to effectively influence and align with the client's mindset and objectives.
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to effectively navigate within the client organization to ensure the completion of project deliverables.
Ability to solve complex and unclear technical problems using experience, creativity, and sound judgment.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Ability to understand the functional design and technical project requirements.
Ability to present solutions at various levels (CTO/CIO, developers, etc.) and areas (functional and technical) within a client organization.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Important qualities and qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BSc/BA) or equivalent professional experience
At least 7 years of experience in customer contact or consulting
Proven good judgment in decision-making.
