Responsibilities

• Head leadership role in SAP FI to S/4Hana Public Cloud transition, focusing on stakeholder and change management.
• Act as central contact for stakeholders, suppliers, and product team, designing goals and structure for SAP Finance and related processes.
• Analyze and document requirements, translate them into User Stories.
• Determine level of standardization while allowing necessary customization.
• Own quality and budget across implementation and ongoing operations.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or related discipline.
• Several years of experience with SAP FI transformations, ideally for S/4Hana Public Cloud.
• Strong understanding of finance and controlling processes and best practices.
• Experience in requirements engineering and product backlog prioritization.
• Persuasive communication style and strong stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proficient German and English language skills.
