SAP Security Manager

Location: Remote in Germany

Our client is seeking a SAP Security Manager to design and implement secure SAP architectures, focusing on authorisation management and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC). You'll drive both strategic and operational improvements in SAP Security services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end SAP Security projects, including planning, execution, budgeting, and client management.
• Advise on SAP security strategy, access management, SAP Fiori roles, GRC, SoDs, and data protection.
• Assess and enhance SAP authorisation models; conduct audits and develop secure solutions for cloud and on-prem systems.
• Implement end-to-end security concepts, from design to technical delivery.
• Create compliant SAP authorisation frameworks aligned with internal and external standards.
• Support the development of SAP Security offerings and sales initiatives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to practice strategy.

Your Profile:

• Degree in IT, business informatics, or related field.
• 5+ years in SAP Security consulting.
• Deep expertise in SAP ERP/S4HANA authorisations, audit, and governance.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ADM940/945/950, C_SECAUTH_20, P_SECAUTH_21).
• Familiar with tools like Xiting, SecurityBridge, Pathlock.
• Structured, client-focused, and solution-driven.
• Fluent in German with strong English skills.
• Willing to travel in the DACH region.
