In this role, you’ll coordinate and plan daily transport orders, monitor timely execution, and ensure optimal resource utilization. You will communicate with drivers, customers, and authorities, handle customer inquiries, and apply for transport permits.

Main Tasks

• Coordination and planning of daily transport orders
• Ensuring optimal utilization of available resources
• Monitoring and managing the timely execution of transport operations
• Communication and coordination with drivers and customers
• Handling customer inquiries and complaints
• Applying for transport permits via Vemags
• Communication with authorities and relevant agencies
• Forwarding permits to drivers
• Organizing and coordinating requirements, e.g., Bf3, police, etc.

Requirements

• Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in transportation planning is preferred
• Technical understanding and strong spatial awareness
• Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to work
• Reliability, flexibility, the ability to work well in a team, and good interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and spoken German and English skills
