We are searching for our client, a global IT company, a SD-WAN Implementation Specialist to join their business in Munich, Germany.

Responsibilities

• Development of HLD/LLD to win Customer Project
• Development and Testing of the Services at each of the Platform and Services
• Post sales Support Function to help Customer Success
• Routing/Switching MPLS, VPN experience.
• Platform Owner Function, Capacity Management
• Test LAB Support and Sales Trainings
• All Over Engineering Tasks
• Technical consulting for SD WAN solution customers (platform configuration in preparation for the rollout)
• Fill out ECDC (End customer data collection form) for complex customer solutions
• Attend technical SD WAN rollouts (remotely)
• Process customer requestor changes together with our partner, who is responsible for the technical implementation
• Continuous improvement of processes

Required Skills

• Technology: Cisco Meraki & Fortinet - SD-WAN, SD-LAN & Wi-Fi - if possible, SASE Services as well for each technology
• Language: German (B2 min.) and English fluent
