Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Acquisition Analyst to support our GTEAD effort in Wiesbaden, Germany. The ideal candidate will manage and oversee the full lifecycle of Other Transaction Authority (OTA) agreement development, coordination, and management. You will be responsible for developing comprehensive requirements packages and ensuring all acquisition activities comply with relevant DoD and Army policies for OTAs. The Senior Acquisition Analyst will work closely with Agreements Officers, program managers, and technical teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and timely agreement processes, from initial planning through closeout.
