(Senior) AI Consultant (m/f/d)

We’re supporting a digital consulting group in their search for an experienced AI Specialist to help drive end-to-end AI transformation for clients across Europe.

The Opportunity

You’ll act as a key advisor to clients, shaping AI strategies, identifying high-value use cases, and developing production-ready machine learning and LLM-based solutions. Working closely with cross-functional data teams, you’ll help build data infrastructures, deploy intelligent automation, and guide organisations through modern AI adoption.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement AI/ML models, including NLP and Computer Vision solutions
• Work directly with clients as their primary AI expert and strategic partner
• Build data architectures and integrate new technologies into existing value chains
• Contribute to the growth of the company’s AI offering and develop new solution frameworks
• Track emerging technology trends and create thought-leadership content
• Collaborate with internal data science teams to deliver high-impact results

What You Bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics or similar
• Strong practical experience with machine learning, LLMs and OpenAI technologies
• Ideally, background in a consulting environment
• Proficiency in Python and experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Ability to design, build and operationalize AI solutions
• Strong communicator who can explain complex topics clearly
• Collaborative, service-oriented mindset
• Fluent English
