TASKS WITH IMPACT

• Standardization and harmonization of all financial processes and workflows by defining modern best practices and rolling out a group-wide governance model
• Continuous improvement and optimization of finance processes by applying lean management principles
• Identification of digitalization and automation opportunities under cost-benefit considerations in close collaboration with IT to ensure high reporting quality and efficiency gains
• Acting as a central interface to IT, Controlling, Treasury, Accounting, Purchasing, and other departments, including coordination of cross-functional projects
• Responsibility for project management as well as active participation in migration, optimization, and digitalization projects within the finance environment

YOUR SKILLS

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

• Successfully completed university degree in finance, accounting, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally several years of experience in a senior role within an international finance environment or an international consulting firm, preferably with exposure to the retail industry
• Proven track record in driving changes in finance process design and in implementing IT systems, especially in the SAP S/4HANA environment
• Experience in process automation, digitalization, and the application of lean management principles
• Solid IT knowledge, particularly in working with SAP systems
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoke
