Senior Asset Manager (Logistics Asset Class)

to join their team.

Your Responsibilities: Manage and optimize a portfolio of logistics properties across Germany and potentially other European markets Develop and implement asset management strategies to maximize value and performance Monitor financial performance, budgets, and business plans for assigned assets Lead leasing activities in cooperation with internal and external partners Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for value creation Coordinate with property managers, leasing agents, and external consultants Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors Support acquisitions and dispositions from an asset management perspective

Your Profile: Minimum

5 years of professional experience

in real estate asset management, preferably within the

logistics asset class Strong understanding of the German logistics real estate market Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Proven track record in managing and optimizing real estate assets Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Fluent in German and English
