Opportunity

Our European Valuation & Modelling Services business is dynamic and expanding rapidly. With a presence in London, Frankfurt, Amsterdam, Munich, Madrid and Paris, the team works as one cross‑border unit with daily peer interaction and weekly updates. The focus areas include Mergers & Acquisitions, Contentious Valuations, Complex Financial Instruments, Financial & Tax Reporting and Business Modelling. A&M is an established leader in Europe and we are building a strong team in Frankfurt and Munich.

Responsibilities

• Work on diverse valuation and modelling engagements both in Germany and across Europe.
• Perform high‑quality data and valuation analyses based on various methodologies.
• Engage in challenging modelling engagements, including preparation of deal models and business plans.
• Write client reports and other deliverables for high‑profile assignments.
• Build relationships with clients through exceptional day‑to‑day project management and execution.
• Gain exposure to senior team members and learn on the job in addition to formal technical and soft‑skills training.
• Network internally with other service lines and participate in external marketing events.

Ideal Candidate

• Valuation and modelling experience gained at a Big 4, investment bank, independent valuation firm or other reputable consulting organisation.
• Strong educational background and exceptional academic record focused on Finance and/or Mathematics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent business‑level German and English; additional European languages or Chinese are highly valued.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ambitious with a desire to succeed in an entrepreneurial culture.
