Join us as our new Senior Automation Architect or Automation Project Manager

You will lead a team comprising internal and external resources, acting as the client representative for automation discipline and architecture both locally and globally. You will take charge and set the direction, ensuring alignment across involved disciplines. With your technical expertise, you will establish optimal setups and designs, coordinating them to ensure high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints.

In joining Novonesis, you will become part of a team of eleven highly engaged colleagues located at sites in Denmark, France, Nienburg, and Pohlheim, along with numerous others worldwide. In this role you’ll make an impact by:

• Driving automation projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with Novonesis policies and local laws.
• Leading project teams, including internal and external resources, towards achieving objectives.
• Clarifying technical solutions and user requirements while developing project designs.
• Managing stakeholder interfaces to meet project requirements.
• Creating and finalising documents in accordance with Novonesis Activities and Deliverables.

Potentially relevant experience:

• BSc. or MSc. in engineering (automation or electrical), or a similar background, with at least 3 years' experience in process automation solutions/systems.
• Experience with ISA-88, batch systems, PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Project management experience within process installations and equipment.
• Experience managing supply and/or consultancy contracts.
• Competences in production processes within food or pharma facilities.
• Great communication skills in both German and English.
