Senior Business Analyst

Description

For one of my customer in Europe we are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Pricing & Commercial domain team with strong reporting tools experience.

Location: Europe(100% remote)
Duration: 12+ months

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Work closely with Product Managers to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Contribute to brand positioning efforts by providing data-driven insights into pricing and market trends.
• Leverage reporting tools such as Qlik, Tableau, and Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Utilize SQL and database knowledge for data extraction, analysis, validation, and ensuring data accuracy.
• Document IT tools, systems, and workflows to facilitate user adoption and system enhancements.
• Manage and prioritise tasks using ticketing tools, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process and system optimization.
• Support go-to-market strategies through data analysis and collaboration with marketing teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to product management or brand management roles.
• Proficiency in Qlik, Tableau, Power BI, and other reporting tools for data visualization and storytelling.
• Strong foundational knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting IT tools and systems.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and agile methodologies.
• Understanding of market dynamics and brand positioning principles.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
