✅ Your mission: As our Senior Business Development Representative, you’ll drive new business growth across the DACH region focusing on Austrian, German and Swiss markets, with a particular emphasis on mid- and enterprise-level customers. In this role, you will identify prospects, initiate contact, and support the sales funnel from first touch to handover.

Nomentia empowers treasury and finance teams to exceed expectations with our treasury management software. As we continue expanding across Europe, we’re looking for a driven Senior Business Development Representative to join our Sales Operations team and focus on the DACH region.You’ll be a key partner to our DACH sales team—planning and executing inbound and outbound sales activities, following up on marketing leads, and helping build a strong sales pipeline. This is a role with room to grow into a Sales Executive position over time.
As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will:
In the first 6 months, you’re expected to:
Build a qualified pipeline across the DACH region.
Book meetings with high-potential prospects.
Support the sales team with quality handovers and insights.
Longer term, you’ll be measured by:
Pipeline growth and meeting volume.
Sales team feedback and conversion rates.
Your progression toward a Sales Executive role.
Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in fintech or SaaS.
Proven track record in new business development.
Results-driven professional with a proactive mindset.
Familiarity with cash management, treasury, and financial services ecosystems is a plus.
Experience working with C-level executives using a consultative, solution-oriented approach.
Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
Native level German and fluent English. Other European languages are a plus.
Career path: Starting as a Senior BDR, yuo can eventually grow into the role of Account Executive.
