At we’re expanding in **Germany** and looking for a **Senior** **Channel Account Manager** who wants more than just a sales role. This is your chance to become a *true growth architect* for our MSP & MIP partners. The RoleAs **Senior Channel Account Manager**, you’ll own and grow a portfolio of high‐value MSP partners across Germany, playing a critical role in Pax8’s continued growth in the DACH region. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping partners scale through consultative engagement, multi‐quarter planning, and strategic expansion across the Pax8 ecosystem.* Substantial **experience within the German MSP, cloud, SaaS, or channel ecosystem**, managing revenue‐bearing partner portfolios.* Deep understanding of the German MSP market, business‐to‐partner (B2P) selling, and market development.* **Native-level German** and **excellent English** communication skills.* You’re comfortable **navigating complex conversations** that span vision, architecture, revenue, and risk , not just price.* High commercial acumen, forecasting discipline, and comfort working with Salesforce and AI‐enabled sales tools.* You’re skilled at **multi‐persona stakeholder management** you can reassure a finance leader about numbers, inspire a business owner about growth, and gain the confidence of a technical director on solution fit.* You naturally **look for gaps and patterns** in how a partner operates and can turn those into clear, commercially compelling next steps.* You’re collaborative, open to feedback, and happy to share what you’ve learned so others can benefit too.
