Senior Construction Manager (m/f/d)

For our client in Dresden, we are currently looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to support a major industrial project. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in large-scale industrial plant construction.

Your Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for site construction activities and coordination Leadership of all mobilized Construction Supervisors Daily site coordination meetings and support of weekly supervisor meetings Monitoring and validation of construction progress using project tools Ensuring compliance with project schedule and proactive deviation reporting Supporting planning updates for construction and pre-/commissioning activities Monitoring vendor progress and anticipating upcoming site activities Ensuring compliance with quality standards and project specifications Overseeing inspections in coordination with QA/QC and discipline supervisors Ensuring full compliance with site safety rules and close collaboration with HSE

Your Profile: Minimum 20 years of experience as Construction Manager Strong background in large-scale industrial plant construction projects Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, or Chemical plants Expert knowledge in Construction & Project Management Strong skills in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Google Environment Fluent English (mandatory)

Required Certifications: SCC / N1 / N2 or equivalent SCC (Safety of Operational Supervisors) Confined Space Training Work at Height Training
