Conduct consulting projects focusing on strategic challenges of OEMs and suppliers in the global markets for aircraft, passenger and cargo drones. Design and implement creative solutions along the product lifecycle, e.g. streamlined product development and production processes, production rate and supply chain performance increase, value stream digitalization and sustainability. Transform functional perimeters and entire companies toward customer‑centric thinking and efficient end‑to‑end processes and organizations. Support the acquisition and development of innovative consultancy projects. Foster the strong international aerospace community including specific knowledge development. Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in economics or aerospace engineering, ideally supplemented by MBA or PhD. Several years of professional experience in strategy consultancy or the international aerospace industry. Well‑founded knowledge in strategy development and implementation as well as process and organizational design. High process understanding along the entire value chain. Fluent English and German; further languages are favorable. High willingness for domestic and international travel. Benefits
