Your Mission

As our Data Analyst , you will be the central link between business and data. You will build our data infrastructure, develop dashboards, and ensure that our decisions are based on solid data. You will take ownership of our analytics landscape and actively shape the future of our company.

Build and maintain a consistent “Source of Truth” for all company data
Develop and optimize BI dashboards (PowerBI preferred)
Implement and manage tracking solutions (Google Tag Manager, CDPs)
Analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights
Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to enable data‑driven decisions

Your Profile

Experience: 3–5 years in Data Analytics, ideally in a dynamic environment
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with Python or R, hands‑on experience with BI tools (PowerBI, Looker, Tableau)
Tracking & Analytics: Basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager, experience with product analytics is a plus
Nice‑to‑have: Statistics/Machine Learning, JavaScript/TypeScript, experience with CDPs (Segment, Tealium, Rudderstack)
Mindset: Ownership, initiative, resilience, and the ability to thrive in a startup environment
