What you’ll do

Unlock Henkel’s data by architecting a global data mesh with hundreds of data products across multiple platforms that enable people to derive insights, take better decisions and innovate
Define architecture principles, standards and processes to ensure consistency, interoperability and quality across our entire data ecosystem
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and platform teams to align our architecture with business goals and identify strategic data opportunities that create measurable business impact
Design the data architecture for strategic programs and manage the implementation roadmap
Lead with technical expertise, enabling teams to build high-quality, reusable, and secure data products

What makes you a good fit

Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
6+ years of experience designing and implementing analytical solutions; with 3+ years in an architect role
Hands-on experience with modern data platforms (Azure Databricks, Power BI, MS Fabric. SAP BW/Datasphere/BDC is a plus); strong in data modeling, data governance, and domain-driven design
Proven ability in data strategy, decentralized data architectures (e.g., Data Mesh), and excellent communication skills
Fluent in English; German language skill is a plus

This position can be filled in Düsseldorf or Berlin.
