Senior Director of Engineering

As an engineering director of Lovol European R&D Center, you will lead a team to develop the most advanced technologies and products of agricultural machinery to meet the customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect agriculture machine information, define the product and technology MGPP
• Manage the product & technology strategy and project management
• Ensure the cooperation between China and Europe
• Review the technical proposal and product design
• Develop high quality supply chain, manufacturing process and quality technology standard
• Complete the EU homologation
• Manage the continuous product improvement
• Find talent people and build the team
• Plan and perform annual budget

Qualifications

• Experience in the top agricultural companies is preferred
