A fast-growing international company operating at the intersection of e-mobility and consumer technology are looking for an experienced, tech-minded Marketing Manager.

As they continue to expand across European markets, they’re now looking to hire a commercially focused Senior Marketing Manager to lead B2B marketing efforts and drive revenue growth.

The Role

As Senior Marketing Manager , you’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s growth strategy across key markets. This is a hands-on role with real ownership – you'll be responsible for developing and executing campaigns that generate measurable impact on customer acquisition and profitability.

The role requires regular international travel (Germany, UK, France) and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. You’ll be joining a high-growth business with a dynamic, entrepreneurial culture where initiative is valued and innovation encouraged.

What You’ll Do

• Own and deliver performance-driven B2B marketing strategies
• Lead digital campaigns, with a strong focus on PPC and CRM activity
• Coordinate activity across key markets and manage local adaptations
• Work closely with Sales, Product and Commercial teams
• Track and optimise marketing spend with a clear eye on ROI
• Manage third-party suppliers and marketing tools (e.g. CRM, Mailchimp, Odoo)
• Report on campaign success and identify new opportunities for growth

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5+ years' experience in B2B using modern tooling
• A strong grasp of performance marketing and demand generation tactics
• Confident working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Data-driven mindset and the ability to link marketing activity to commercial outcomes
• Experience or strong interest in e-mobility, energy, automotive or similar sectors
• Fluent English required; German, Dutch and French would be a plus
• Willingness to travel frequently within Europe
