YOUR ROLE

As a Sales Manager (m/w/d) at remberg, you will proactively engage decision-makers, craft tailored strategies to win them over as customers, and guide them through the sales process—from initial contact to closing. You will be a trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they maximize their value with remberg's solutions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Proactively approach pre-qualified decision-makers and develop strategies to convert them into customers.
  • Guide potential customers you’ve engaged with from initial interest to contract signing by presenting tailored solutions via online presentations, phone calls, and on-site meetings.
  • Provide ongoing consulting to your customers, showing them how remberg can optimize their daily operations in installation, service, maintenance, and repair while addressing any objections or questions professionally (involving Customer Success or Product Teams as needed).
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior-level stakeholders, demonstrating how remberg directly contributes to their business success.
  • Identify and involve all relevant stakeholders on the customer side to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process (e.g., operations, IT, executive leadership).
  • Facilitate and advise on effective 30-day free trials for high-potential leads.
  • Continuously and proactively manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot for reliable quarterly sales forecasting.
  • Communicate insights from customer interactions to the Product Team, playing a key role in improving remberg’s solutions.
  • Constantly seek improvement and growth opportunities for our “go-to-market” strategy.

YOUR PROFILE

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales (ideally SaaS) with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for engaging with customers, combined with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, dive deep into problems, and develop creative solutions.
  • Proactive, idea-driven, and a reliable team player who consistently delivers on commitments.
  • A “growth mindset” with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
  • Comfortable occasionally conducting cold outreach to boost your pipeline.
  • Fluent in German (C2 level) and proficient in English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
  • Honest and direct in providing feedback, helping the team and company continuously improve.
