Smart Wind Turbines

Role Overview

We are seeking high-caliber Senior Financial Analysts with a strong transaction services or advisory background and advanced financial modelling expertise.

The role combines:

Investment analysis
Valuation
Structured finance

Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities, intellectual rigour, ownership mindset and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, international and entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

Build, own and maintain complex integrated financial models (project finance, 3-statement, DCF, scenario and sensitivity analysis)
Perform valuation analysis for new investments, partnerships and strategic initiatives
Support structuring of financing solutions across wind, storage and hydrogen projects
Prepare investment memorandum and materials for senior management and investment committees
Analyze project returns, capital structure optimization and risk allocation
Support fundraising processes and lender engagement
Work closely with technical, commercial and legal teams to validate financial assumptions
Provide financial insight and analytical support to Country MDs

Profile & Requirements

Experience

3–5 years of experience in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance or M&A advisory (Big 4 / Tier 1 advisory)
Proven track record in valuation and advanced Excel financial modelling (mandatory)
Experience in energy, renewable, infrastructure or project finance strongly preferred
