We are seeking a highly skilled full-stack developer with a strong backend focus who is passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications. This role offers full ownership of product development from design to deployment, working on innovative e-commerce and marketing solutions across Europe. You will collaborate closely with a small, highly organized IT team, shaping architecture, APIs, and automation processes while delivering seamless frontend experiences. Accountabilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of projects, including design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Develop core customer-facing products from scratch to production, ensuring high-quality and scalable solutions.
• Automate infrastructure, deployment, and operational workflows using IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with the team to design backend-first architecture, APIs, and system integrations.
• Deliver frontend features using React, Next.js , and TypeScript that provide seamless user experiences.
• Optimize search and indexing systems (e.g., Elasticsearch, OpenSearch) to improve product functionality.
• Ensure application reliability, performance, and maintainability through logging, monitoring, and debugging.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a full-stack developer with production-ready applications.
• Strong backend expertise with Python, Rust, Node.js , and SQL.
• Experience designing scalable backend architectures and making informed technology decisions.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Practical knowledge of search infrastructure and optimization.
• Frontend skills in React, Next.js , and TypeScript.
• CI/CD expertise, including Docker and automated pipelines.
• Strong debugging, monitoring, and issue-tracing abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a structured, resourceful approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1-C2).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Familiarity with SEO, AI coding tools, or UI design is a plus.
