Senior Full Stack Engineer

Our client is building the digital defence infrastructure for the modern economy - arming businesses with the tools they need to survive and thrive in a world of escalating cyber threats. Their SaaS platform creates a cybersecurity-first safety net for companies across Europe. In a landscape where ransomware, breaches, and digital sabotage are daily threats, this isn’t just infrastructure - it’s the frontline. Role Overview: You’ll join as a Senior Full‑Stack Developer at the heart of a mission to shield businesses from real-world cyber threats. You’ll take ownership of full‑cycle development across frontend and backend, designing and deploying scalable components that are resilient by design. In a world where one vulnerability can jeopardise everything, your code will be the first and last line of defence. Key Responsibilities: Lead development of frontend and backend components for core systems, owning code from design through to production.Work closely with product, UX/design, and operations teams to ensure your features align with real‑world user needs and business goals.Contribute to the architecture and implementation of integrations with internal systems and third‑party partners.Support production environments: troubleshooting, bug fixing, monitoring, optimisation.Maintain coding standards and best practices; conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers. Qualifications: Deep experience as a full‑stack engineer, comfortable handling both frontend and backend work.Expert frontend skills in React.Significant backend experience with Nest.js (or Express.js as an alternative) and production‑grade systems.Strong database knowledge - especially PostgreSQL, including query optimisation, caching, and indexing.Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
