What You Bring to the Table

A degree in computer science, natural sciences, or a comparable technical field is required
Several years of professional experience in software development (at least 4 years) – ideally in agile environments
Solid knowledge of at least two programming languages as well as experience working with relational databases
Practical experience with Symfony and/or React
Analytical thinking, self-motivation, and a desire to take on new challenges and responsibilities
Very good German language skills (C1), team spirit, and a desire to work in a team at the office

Your responsibilities include

Continuously develop our applications and ensure quality, stability, and scalability through clean, high-performance code
Work across the entire stack—from frontend (React) to backend (Symfony, REST APIs) to databases & platform components
Integrate AI functionality (LLMs) into existing and new features in a production-ready manner
Optimize and scale our system landscape for performance, stability, and availability
Ensure high quality through code reviews, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines
Take ownership of features or subcomponents—both functionally and technically—and actively contribute new ideas
