Senior Fullstack Developer (Germany)

As a Senior Fullstack Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable applications for a complex healthcare software platform, contributing to solutions that support hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic facilities. You will work on both backend and frontend systems, ensuring consistency, reliability, and high performance across the platform. In this role, you will collaborate with local and international teams, participate in architecture reviews, and provide expert-level support on complex technical challenges. Your contributions will directly impact the quality and efficiency of healthcare IT services, driving innovation and operational excellence. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain framework components and functionalities for a multi-tier healthcare application platform.
• Ensure scalability, portability, installability, and maintainability of software products.
• Deliver reusable application components for monitoring and controlling backend services.
• Participate in software design and architecture reviews, iterating on solutions for improved performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams locally and internationally to meet project goals.
• Provide 3rd-level support for complex customer issues and ensure timely reporting on status and progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with fullstack expertise.
• Strong proficiency in at least three of the following: Jakarta Enterprise, Kubernetes, Docker, Java SE, Go, JBoss, Wildfly, PostgreSQL/Oracle, SQL/PLSQL, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, npm, Prometheus, JMeter.
• Experience in software design, planning, and conceptual architecture.
• Enthusiasm for modern technologies and continuous learning.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
