Senior Full-stack Engineer (m/f/d)

We are now looking for an experienced Senior Full-stack Engineer (m/f/d) who enjoys ownership, wants to shape technical decisions, and is motivated by meaningful, impactful work.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and evolve the company’s core web platform from end to end
• Participate in higher-level technical design and influence long-term architectural choices
• Work closely with stakeholders from different teams to turn ideas into real, user-facing features
• Help fine-tune engineering processes and contribute to a high-performing development culture

Requirements

Over 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
Strong background with Django, FastAPI (backend)
Strong understanding of React, Typescript (frontend)
Practical experience with Docker
Experience with development on a public cloud
Confident working with complex, validation-heavy forms (react-hook-form, zod)
Ability to judge which technologies create real value
Comfortable diagnosing and fixing production issues
Previous experience leading sizable projects with multiple moving parts
Fluent English; experience collaborating in remote/distributed setups is a plus
Valid German work permit required for non-EU applicants
