As our Growth Marketing Manager, you won't just be filling a pipelineâyou'll be shaping how an entire industry responds to this demographic shift.
Key Responsibilities

Content & Thought Leadership
Lead the development of a scalable content engine (case studies, blogs, podcasts, newsletters, webinars) that consistently generates inbound leads and strengthens Xanevoâs market position.
Repurpose CEO-led content into multichannel formats to maximize visibility across PR, social, and partner platforms.
Ensure content is optimized for reach, engagement, and conversion, with measurable lead-generation outcomes.

Community & Partnerships
Build and manage strategic relationships with Ecommerce vendors, influencers, and communities to amplify content and events.
Establish active partnerships that become recurring channels for amplification and engagement.
Collaborate with external partners on joint initiatives (events, webinars, campaigns) that expand Xanevoâs reach in the DACH region.

Webinars & Events
Own the planning, promotion, and execution of webinars and digital events, ensuring high-quality experiences that attract ICP decision-makers.
Manage speaker curation, promotion, and structured follow-up to convert event participation into qualified leads.

PR & Media Outreach
Drive media visibility by securing placements in relevant Ecommerce and AI publications.
Pitch stories, manage thought-leadership contributions, and cultivate strong relationships with journalists and industry editors.

Deliver qualified leads per month through consistent execution across channels.
Track content engagement, partnership impact, and ROI across initiatives.
Regularly report progress to leadership, highlighting learnings and optimizations.

Align campaigns with sales, consulting, and leadership priorities.
Manage freelancers and agency partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to a high standard.

50% Content, PR & Thought Leadership â Driving the content flywheel, CEO amplification, PR, and scalable content formats.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: âŹ55,000ââŹ65,000 (based on experience)
Performance bonus: Up to âŹ5,000ââŹ30,000 annually (based on performance)
Total potential: âŹ60,000ââŹ95,000

Hybrid office in Berlin with flexible remote options
Work from anywhere: 1-6 months per year globally
