For our office in Luxembourg or Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a (Senior) HR Compensation & Reward Specialist (m/f/d) who possesses strong analytical skills and can extract valuable insights from data and generate meaningful results for stakeholders. This role involves designing, implementing, and overseeing the company’s comprehensive total rewards strategy and managing regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain salary structures and benefits programs
  • Engage in both international and national compensation benchmarking and analyse market data and trends
  • Support bonus structures and total reward frameworks, and lead annual salary review processes
  • Act as a trusted advisor on compensation topics, supporting stakeholders and management initiatives
  • Monitor and manage compensation budgets in collaboration with Finance
  • Assist with the annual pay‑round process (data accuracy in HR systems, data checking, etc.). Support HRBPs before and during the pay‑round exercise
  • Analyse performance metrics; provide reporting and data analysis as required. Identify trends, potential areas of non‑compliance with legal requirements, and opportunities for performance improvements within the function
  • Preparation and analysis of FTE reporting, personnel statistics, and HR metrics
  • Development of ad‑hoc analyses and management reporting to support decision‑making based on regulatory requirements
  • Monitoring compliance with compensation policies and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting the implementation of new regulatory requirements and advising on policy updates and remuneration frameworks in line with evolving regulations

Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Comp. & Ben / Rewards or HR controlling, ideally in consultancy or the finance industry, with exposure to international environments.
  • Knowledge of job evaluation systems and grading structure maintenance
  • Strong analytical and numerical ability
  • Creative problem‑solver with the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to convey information clearly across all levels.
  • Advanced English proficiency (verbal & written), German is beneficial
  • High sense of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
