Responsible for

• Managing projects from concept to technical implementation with a focus on AI systems.
• Developing concrete AI‑solution approaches in challenging and regulated environments.
• Selecting appropriate tools and testing feasibility in real‑world scenarios.
• Designing complex architectures while keeping ethical principles and legal requirements in mind.
• Facilitating customer workshops and structuring discussions and decision processes.
• Coaching and sharing knowledge with software‑engineering teams.

Requirements

• Academic background in (Business) Informatics or comparable qualifications.
• Several years of experience in designing, overseeing, and co‑creating IT projects, especially in public administration.
• Proficiency with modern AI and data tools in everyday project work.
• Clear, open communication style and a confident presence.
• Excellent written and spoken German; good English skills.
