Your Tasks

• You will build and maintain strong partnerships with key business stakeholders to deeply understand their objectives and challenges
• As a vital bridge between the IT department and the European business, you will ensure that IT solutions are in alignment with business goals
• You will collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities for technology-driven improvements
• Your role involves communicating effectively with senior leadership, providing regular updates on IT initiatives and their impact on the business
• You will facilitate communication between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment
• You are expected to conduct in-depth process assessments to identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for optimized and integrated business processes
• Continuously monitoring and evaluating process performance, you will make necessary adjustments to maximize productivity and quality

Your Profile

• You possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. An advanced degree is preferred.
• You have 5-10 years of increasingly technical experience in Information Technology
• You have knowledge of system design, development, implementation, and user support principles and practices
• You have proven experience in leading and delivering projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of various technologies
• You are experienced in driving UX improvements and ensuring a user-centered approach in your work
• You possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills are crucial for your success in this role
• You have strong analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights
• You have excellent problem-solving abilities, you are able to identify process gaps and propose effective solutions, along with a global strategic mindset
• You possess strong business acumen, aligning IT strategies with business objectives effectively
• Your role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven track record of building and motivating high-performing teams
• You are proficient in process improvement methodologies and project management
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential for your success in this position
• You have very good German and English language skills
